10/5/2016,德國高速光器件開發(fā)商VI Systems宣稱今年ECOC期間,多家測試伙伴基于他們的光纖耦合VCSEL 850nm器件實現(xiàn)了新的傳輸紀(jì)錄;谧钚碌腣50-850M和V100-850M器件和先進(jìn)的調(diào)制技術(shù),均衡技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了100米下108Gbps傳輸,調(diào)制格式為4-PAM和8-PAM。基于DMT調(diào)制和單模850nm VCSEL,實現(xiàn)了100米下112Gbps多模光纖傳輸。利用雙二進(jìn)制4-PAM調(diào)制,最高實現(xiàn)160Gbps或者150Gbps 100米多模光纖傳輸。
